“My double cheese with the works, fry and shake was the best! Delicious as always! Val’s is doing a great job with their new Covid-19 requirements! The employees were wearing masks and social distancing. They have call in orders only now, and call back customers one at a time to come up to the window when their order is ready. They prefer card over cash to limit direct contact with customers as well. They call customers back with different phones than the Val’s number. Make sure you answer any call you get once you’ve ordered, it could be them. My fries were warm and crispy, my burger was warm and had just the perfect amount of each topping. If you don’t order “the works” on your burger, you’re missing out! It’s a must, that’s what they’re famous for. Thanks Val’s for the consistently good customer service and food quality!”
