Pagliai's Pizza

Now keep in mind this is our first and only visit...

The pizza was great! Heard some hype from somewhere (can't remember where) and we were driving through town so we had to stop and it was totally worth it.

One bite, everyone knows the rules, I give it an 8.1, not deducting for some lesser bites, the pizza that had nice browned crust on the bottom and no huge crust bubbles that pushed the cheese out of the way was exceptionally good. Some of the lesser bites didn't have a fully browned crust and that was lackluster. So first pizza, we see the potential hopefully they are a little more consistent next time, possibly they felt rushed with us showing up a little "early" for curbside, but I'm willing to wait for the best they got.

Amongst the best pizza I've had in MN, and we agreed that we'll go out of our way to get another.

I have eaten in their restaurant, gotten delivery and most recently curbside takeout. Each time the pizza was delicious and for the most part the staff was polite and service was prompt.

I mostly ate their pizza but have also ordered their bread sticks and once I ordered a Philly sandwich. Everything I ordered was well seasoned and the perfect temperature.

This is some of the best pizza I have had in a long time. Perfect combination of cheese and sauce. The crust is just thick enough to eat with your hands without being tough. Crust and sauce and toppings meld together for a good bite. The outer crust isn't too large and toppings almost to edge of pie. Cheese is just toasted enough that some has browned.

I have yet to find a pizza in town that I like better.

Best pizza around. Always hot and always fresh! Tastes fantastic and worth every single dollar. We have always had great service whether dining in or for delivery. We always order extras to have leftovers for lunch the following day. I cannot say enough good things about Pagliai's! Delicious pizza!

Ive tried many a slice in town, and nothing has come close to the perfection of this pizza! I can't even decide what part is my favorite.. the cheese that's browned beautifully so the flavors pop? Or maybe the sauce that's not too heavy or too light? It could be the crust that i wish never ended. I've never had a better pizza!
