(February 27, 2021, 3:12 am)I have absolutely loved everything I've eaten at blue boat. The concept and food are so unique and I live that it's not the same old menu you can get everywhere else. I've never been to Costa Rica but now I think I'll have to after eating their first menu. I'll miss the pork empanadas when they move on to their next port of call but I'm so excited to see what other menus come out of the kitchen. Keep up the good work!

(January 31, 2021, 1:57 pm)Wonderful experience here. We tried their everything special to get everything on the menu. Great to see a unique cuisine here. They’ll be rotating their menu out in March so we can’t wait to try their Italian menu. If you haven’t read The Blue Zones, you should! Their premise is to visit those regions by introducing styles of food from them.
