(November 8, 2019, 5:14 pm)Some managers are more competent than others but its McDonald's. If you want quality go to an actual restaurant. That being said the female manager (younger) handled an issue very professionally. Not so much for the Male manager w/blonde hair who seemed accusatory when I raised an issue. We all have bad days but still unacceptable when an issue is raised to blame the victim of an product that was unsatisfactory.
