“Gustaf's is a great little gem in Lindstrom. Very accommodating with gluten-free options. I had the chicken salad - big chunks of chicken, great creamy dressing topped with pecans. The tomato bisque was slightly sweet and delicious. Staff was very knowledgeable about their offerings and made good suggestions. Customer service was exceptional. Definitely worth a visit. We will be going back!”

“Quaint old restaurant that we will be happy to visit again!! They serve what I understand to be classic American food, made after you order, and it comes to the table piping hot! Clean, tasty food, served by a cheerful, motherly lady who interacted very well with the customers. The buffet had a good choice, but targeted primarily to the American palate (We are originally from South Asia, so beef is not a choice). Definitely a place to relax in with family after a visit to the state park!! Prices are pleasantly low for the quality and quantity - real value for money!!”

“Place was super cute and clean and had cleaner eating options. Staff was extremely friendly. Cons: staff from the back came out and placed all the sandwiches in the tray wearing no gloves. We ordered a sandwich and the other staff who handled our money and computer used her unwashed hand to put our food in the press. As more customers arrived a glove was put on- so I was happy to see that there at least was an option but unhappy it wasn’t used with our food. Will come back but please train staff on the importance of washing hands or wearing gloves to touch and serve food!”
