El Loro Mexican Restaurant

Honestly, not a huge fan of Mexican food. Loath cilantro. Hot spicy food- no thanks. This place however, has a menu that can accommodate uncultured taste buds and those more suited to the exotic. My significant other loves Mexican food- the authentic stuff- and this is his favorite place eat too! I can not begin to describe how fantastic the staff is, quick, very careful to make sure your every need is met, friendly- honestly the best in the lakes area. The atmosphere is cozy, it’s a great place to have a meal and be able to talk, never feeling rushed. I wish they had more stars I could give!

it is a bit understaffed, but they're friendly and I don't feel like I am being rushed. if you are short on time, this might not be for you, but I think the food is fantastic and the small feel makes it an enjoyable experience.

Good food, servers very nice

Great food and atmosphere. Lupe is an excellent waitress! She kept the salsa and chips coming and made sure we had refills if we desired. We highly recommend this restaurant and will be retuning frequently!
