Quality ingredients, and well executed recipes. The short ribs are amazingly tender. I ate the remnants of their ruben after two days in the refrigerator - and it was still incredible. How do you guys make your onion rings? I have never had onion rings like these before. They are better cold from the refrigerator than any fresh I have had anywhere.

The bartender was so understanding that we wanted to move to a less crowded section.

I love this place! We were passing through town and just happened to stop here. The menu had a lot of interesting things on it. I wanted to try the watermelon salad, but I really felt like a burger. I was not disappointed. The sidewinder simple burger might be one of my favorite burgers. I mean ever. It was juicy and perfectly medium. The fries are beer battered and also really good. Would 100% recommend. My wife got the beer fondue sandwich. It was a fancy grilled cheese. I asked her for a bite and she said no. It was the best grilled cheese she ever had.

What a surprise in the town of Crosby. They had the best cheese curds I've ever had. They mix a herb into the breading that adds another dimension, they're not greasy and come with three dipping sauces that are unique and amazing. I had the ahi tuna sandwich and that was also spectacular. I would recommend when you're up north and this restaurant is as good as anything you'll have in the city.
