Golden Eagle Golf Club

I played here for the first time this past weekend, and I must say it will not be the last. The course is stunning and with the leaves in full color, I can't think of a more beautiful round of golf in my life.
The layout really makes it a cerebral round, its not just grabbing driver on every hole. Shot placement is imperative on holes 3 and 17 for sure. The fairways are nicely manicured and the greens soft and receptive. There are some nice risk/reward shots where you are handsomely rewarded or severely punished. Oh and I hope you like elevated tee boxes, because there are a bunch, which make for some gorgeous views.

I began golfing at Golden Eagle this Summer. It is an incredible course.....as others have stated....A Hidden Gem!! The Staff there works incredibly hard and are always pleasant and welcoming. They also have a great bar area and Clubhouse. If you haven't yet played it you really need to give it a try!!

Absolutely love Golden Eagle. If you're looking to play golf and want that Up North feel than this is where you should play. The course is easy to get to and is in great condition with ample fairways and nice greens. There is plenty of short term lodging on or around the course. The staff at Golden is super helpful and can take care of anything you might need.

Wonderful venue in the middle of no where. Loved the layout & hospitality! Challenging but so much fun playing at the same time. Different tee box allowed for all levels of play. The fairways and elevated tee box as well as elevated greens was unforgettably mesmerizing that you want to replay the hole again even though you’re not even finished with the round.

I love all the par 3s. Majority of the greens were huge & receptive today. Probably because it rained the day before. All holes were demanding & requires precise shots.

If you’re in the area, this is a must! Weekday prices are well worth it. I would definitely recommend this course & comeback again and again!

Came up to play Golden Eagle for the first time today with the Twin Cities Golf group and it was well worth the drive from The Cities. Ryan and the staff are really friendly and the course is beautiful.

The views you get while playing this gem are worth the trip, let alone how well manicured the course is, even after getting 4 inches of rain.

Highly recommend making the trip here if you have the chance, you’ll be happy you did!
