Hudson Smokehouse

We were looking to go on a gentle hike nearby when we saw this place. I was hungry so we went in. LOL
I had a grilled cheese and baked beans. Both were delicious. The staff was friendly and engaging. We will definitely go back because there are several menu items I'd like to explore.

Stumbled across this place while visiting Cuyuna park. The brisket was AMAZING. Great atmosphere the staff was super attentive. One recommendation I would give is to offer mac and cheese as a side option. Overall great experience and will definitely be back!

Great breakfast wraps! Bathrooms are super clean, so I figure the kitchen must be too! Pretty cool and upbeat place! Will be back! Didn't know that scones and such were available. Will try that next time.

Amazing place for any meal! Food and drinks are fantastic. Everyone who works at the Hudson are personable and great at what they do. Cannot say enough about this place.

First time in, remember when it used to be Mad Mike's old garage long time ago. They still kept it like a garage, nicely decorated and very relaxing atmosphere. I had the Avocado Wrap that was one of the very best wraps I have had. Very Fresh and delicious 😋. We will go back! I highly recommend 👌
