Curiouser Coffee and Conservatory

I can’t help but gush over Curiouser Coffee and Conservatory, south of the river, nestled in Apple Valley. It’s tucked inside Pizzeria Sociale and once you find it, you’ll love the experience. The myriad of lush greenery instantly creates a calmness and coziness with a conservatory-like feeling. The aesthetic choices, from the cute chairs to the fireplace, along with the plants are a testament to their attention to detail. It's as if their creativity spilled into my own zone of genius, inspiring me while working remotely. I would say it’s more than just another coffee shop, especially if you’re looking for a peaceful spot to work, or meet with friends. I’m looking forward to visiting this charming coffee shop in the suburbs again.

It is a fun coffee shop experience and wasn’t marked easily to find, but once you find it, you’ll love the experience. Great take on curiosity aka “curiouser and curiouser” from Alice in Wonderland. One improvement would be to not serve drinks in disposable cups, but perhaps they were short-staffed on the day I visited. Again, looking forward to visiting Curiouser Coffee and Conservatory again soon.

We had a wonderful breakfast here! We had the breakfast pizza and the Croque Monsieur and they were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. We also got a hot apple cider and an iced vanilla white mocha and both were the perfect temperature and so good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for the food, drinks and relaxing atmosphere.

Limited and just okay menu but enviormnet was cute. I paid $11 for a coffee and a macron but I enjoyed sitting there doing my work for few hours. Overall tiny but cute place to grab a coffee.

Went to the soft open for Curiouser Coffee earlier today. I was beyond impressed!!! The plants are lovely and very reasonably priced, and they enhance the already cool atmosphere significantly. The nitro cold brew was fantastic, and the food was to die for. I had some feedback, but it was minor stuff. This will be my go-to local coffee spot!

We enjoyed our visit the coffees were made perfectly, food was fresh and flavorful. The vibes here are great for studying or working the music is a tad bit loud but there is a small room to the side that is toned down a bit and has a fireplace with more natural lighting. I’ll be back for future coffee dates!
