(October 4, 2019, 1:34 am)This has been out go-to spot since the first time I’ve been here, the Pho is just absolutely the best in the Twin Cities area. Friendly staff that provides great service, clean restaurant, and quality food. The prices are also very reasonable. Not a single bad thing to say, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
