The Lady manger and her fiance the cook were great to night, they chang my mind after I tried it first in a differnt city for the first time and it was bad. They listen to how I want my burger and mad it right. Every thing was just I as I told. I wen t to the store across the street while they made it. they were nice and friendly. My burger was made right. that dose not always happen. Like at the Smashburger Eden Prairie, MN. Iam Autistic and can be very pick on how my food look and what on it. that why I ask for sause on the side so I can but my amount on. I love this Smashbuger. the price is right. the food Is good too. thank you for what you did tonight it means alot. You could have just seen me as an company custerm but you did not. You mad my Scond time eating her great way better then the first time. thank you!
This is my favorite fast food burger joint. Not only are tbe burgers really tasty and the smash fries so good and savory, their service is amazing as well. People seem really happy you are there and willing to help. Never have had a bad experience there.
Avocado with bacon Double smash burger is amazing, that sweet potato fries as well. Chocolate shake is good too. My first time here but had amazing meal! That sweet potato fries will be my favorite now compare to potato/french fries!
First the good: The burger was fresh and all of the vegetables were fresh! The meat was tasty, but not exceptional. It was a little better than your average fast food place! The fries are average.
The bad: there really isn't any bad other than the size of the burger and fries for the price. I felt like the total cost should have been around $7.50, but it was a smidgen under $10.
Conclusion: this establishment may do well in suburbia up here in the north, but it could never compete with an In-N-Out burger, a Whataburger or even many private ventures in Texas, Arizona and California! I think if Smashburger would give more value for the price the door would fall off of its hinges!
