Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Well---we continue to have GREAT experiences here! While my husband and I aren't afraid of hanging out at the bar and splitting a salad n pasta (TOP service...cute and cozy spot)-just love it.....

We also love bringing a little family and friends in for some great food and FUN-

Our service was fantastic! From when we entered the door to the moment we left. We had Sara as our server who was so great and attentive. And Stacey was helping us out too. Then another guy brought us our food. I love that they worked as a team! It was clearly efficient. We never waited a second with an empty water cup. Our stuff was boxed up for us. Each dirty dish was cleared away immediately. Sara brought a cup of hot water for us to warm up a bottle for our baby who was with us. She saw me adding a small loaf of bread into one of the to-go boxes that was already filled and offered to get a separate bread bag for it. She brought us 2 scoops of ice cream when I told her we had to pass on dessert because we couldn't finish their colossal brownie sundae!! I even got practically walked to the restroom when I asked where it was, which was helpful since it's a big place. The food came out so quickly and everything tasted wonderful. I'm so happy with this dining experience!

I absolutely love Italian food! This place makes great food. They serve everything family style. They even do a special Thanksgiving dinner as well. The decorations on every wall are very unique. The staff is pleasant and helpful. It can get kind of crowded but overall a great restaurant.

Meatball Monday’s with Matt are the best!!!

I come here with my grandmother every Monday for the Meatball Monday special. It’s only $15 for a pile of food - the two of us never finish!

They are very accommodating. My grandma has Alzheimer’s and doesn’t walk very well, but the staff are so patient with her. They give us a table near the door so she doesn’t have to walk far, and they nod and smile no matter what my grandmother says.

Our server, Matt, is always super friendly. Bless his heart, he brews a pot of decaf coffee just for us. And managers Mark and Brian make a point to check-in and make sure we’re doing okay.

I would highly recommend Buccas! And don’t forget to sign up for their e-club! I get deals all the time, including a HUGE birthday brownie sundae (see picture for size reference). ????????????

Great meal!!! Thomas our waiter did a fantastic job. All others with friendly and efficient. It’s truly a family!
