Chick-fil-A

Part of our order was incorrect from the drive up and the wrong person ended up with a spicy chicken deluxe with pepper Jack cheese. Of course we didn't find out until we got home. We usually love the food.

Have come here since it opened. Usually very well run and good food. Last 3-4 visits over the course of the last few months haven't been as good. Food comes out slower, has been cold and don't seem to be their usual 'on the ball' operation.

We hosted a Spirit Night at the Burnsville location a couple of weeks ago and the restaurant was very accommodating to help us raise funds for our school in Haiti. Deb went out of her way to help us with any questions we had and engaged with us in a positive and professional manner. Thanks again Deb and crew for making it a wonderful evening! :)

I have recently been going to this location more often. Caroline, who I believe is a manager of some sort, is AMAZING. Super friendly, efficient and communicates with me if anything may take longer than they hoped. I hope she sees this and knows she is wonderful.

There's a reason why this restaurant chain is quickly becoming America's all-time favorite. Top notch customer service, great attention to detail, and amazing food. Only docking one star because the toddler play area was cold and it had a bad rubbery/cow manure smell so we didn't stay too long but other then that our family loves Chick-fil-A and are glad they have made a good impression in Minnesota.
