The people that work here are some of the most hard working people. I love going here not just because of the flat top style they cook everything with but that it’s also really good.

Me and my daughter walked to the cash register where you order your food and we ordered two Philly bombs with cheese sauce and a chicken nugget meal. The cashier shouted to the Cook one steak one chicken Philly bomb with cheese sauce and a chicken nugget meal. I paid for the meal and I waited. Right when he was begging everything up to go he said do you want a side order of ketchup and I said "no thank you just the cheese sauce." Then he turned to the cashier and asked if we ordered cheese sauce. The cashier said no they did not order cheese sauce. And I looked puzzled because I remember asking for it and then her repeating it to the Cook that we ordered cheese sauce. But she just kind of raised her voice at me and said "No you did not order cheese sauce!" The only reason I know this is because there was one past experience where I forgot to order cheese sauce and asked for it at the end and they told me that it was an upcharge and they gave me one on the house. Since then I haven't forgotten to order it. I wouldn't be so irritated about it if she wouldn't have raised her voice and specifically told me that I did not order it even though I know I did and raise her voice at me. Me and my husband love going this place and this is the first negative experience I've had because the cashier did not demonstrate good customer service and made me not want to come back. All about stupid cheese sauce. Maybe next time instead of telling me I didn't order it say" I'm sorry, maybe I didn't hear you." even though I heard her shout it to the Cook.

Was so good the burgers and philly steak. Awesome place to eat and fast. Great place.
