Barley and Vine Kitchen and Bar

A great atmosphere, friendly staff, and generally good food! We started with the calamari, which I absolutely can't recommend to anyone - it was bland and only served with generic marinara. Other than that the good was great, I do recommend the short rib grilled cheese! We ended our meal with the Whiskey Caramel Bread Pudding and it was delightful.

Made a reservation for tonight to celebrate my son’s birthday. We were seated upon arrival. Our waitress, while sweet, never introduced herself. Her attention to the table was appropriate. Table awareness by the ancillary staff needs helps. Several times items there was reaching in front of my wife’s face versus repositioning to deliver to the table or take items away.
The food was lack-luster. Not sure if there was supposed to be, but there was no bread basket to start the meal. We started with the calamari which was overdone. My son’s grilled cheese.... the cheese was barely melted. The fried chicken breast on my sandwich was also over cooked. Wait time for food was good, but just seems the fry cook needs a little re-training.
It had been a while since we had been here, and I think it will be awhile before we go back.

Food was good. Wine was great.place is a little loud for my taste. Menu is a little lean on old fashioned red meat.Fish n chips were good but not special. Should have tried the lobster pasta.

Steven was a great server! Very knowledgeable. Restaurant was busy and we still received awesome service. I had a burger and it was cooked perfectly. Good fries too! Not soggy. Wife and I will be back again

We visited this restaurant for the first time, Kayla served us, + she was a wonderful waitress. She was busy, yet very attentive to each + every table. Always wore a smile + made the effort to make sure we were enjoying ourselves! Food was to DIE FOR! + the dessert she recommended (chocolate lava cake) could not have been more picture perfect + delicious. Great daily specials, welcoming employees + atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
