Hopefully the manager will see this but your employe Brady is one of the nicest guys i've seen here. For the last 40 min it's been just him and hes been doing amazing serving costumers and cleaning. I just figured I would leave a nice review for him to see or hear about 10/5 service.
Just an all-around nice place can't wait to go back
Good sub and employees were great.
Great sandwiches prefect for parties
Typically this subway has done just fine by me. I place my orders via the subway app, I show up at the order time or just after, I get my sandwich and go. Tonight my wife and I placed an order, we get there at the order time, there is 2 people in line getting served. We are not even acknowledged. All we want is to grab our food and we’re gone. Well once we ask for attention of one of the young guys there, he says they’ve made only one sandwich so far. Meanwhile they continue to serve customers that have walked in after us, long after our order was submitted and after our order time. We didn’t walk out until about 12 mins after the order was promised and after all customers had left.
Well my wife ordered a chicken sandwich (which needs to be heated) she also ordered it toasted (it was not) and to top it all off they didn’t even cut the sandwich in half.
This is one instance that leaves such a bad impression that she had decided she’s done coming here. She’s had a couple other small experiences at this location that I won’t go into.
All I ask is for some people that work here, pay attention. Orders even online or via the app are just as important as the people standing in line in front of you. Make the orders as they come in. Which ours should have been done long before the people that came in after us.
