(September 26, 2019, 2:40 pm)This is my favorite Caribou in the South Metro. They make their drinks with love and they honestly taste better than other Caribou's I have been to. Also, the staff is top notch, especially Rick and Connor. If you want good coffee in an inviting space for meetings or to just chill out, check out Caribou at The Village of Mendota!!!

(July 10, 2019, 8:44 am)Caribou Coffee, at least if you're from the North Star State, has been written about extensively, so there's no need to regale you with tales of their superb coffee delights. One exception- if you like a cafe mocha, I highly recommend the "full rack" version; black, white, and milk chocolate chips steamed/melted to perfection. Now, what I particularly enjoy about this location is the outdoor patio area, the wonderful staff, that there's always local print reading material on hand, and finally its strategic location. It's visible off of HWY 62 in Mendota Heights, heading towards the MSP airport. Enjoy :-)
