Nautical Bowls

This has become my new favorite go-to! I love the Nauti bowl and my husband enjoys several, including The Big Island (since it includes most all bases and chia pudding). He tried the new oatmeal option today but didn't love that (a little dry and something he could basically make at home).
But overall the service is fantastic, quick with app or in-person orders, reasonably priced for the quality ingredients, and I love that this is a healthy meal that also feels like a treat!

Kate and Sammy were so warm and welcoming. It was my first time experiencing NB, so I took their recommendation. The Paddle Board was amazing! Thanks for the great experience, Kate and Sammy! I’ll be back!!

Coming from Dallas, one of the food capitals of the country, I was craving something cool, sweet and refreshing on this gorgeous summer day. Thought I would have to go to downtown Minneapolis for something good but I was wrong! This place was clean cool and had a good vibe, which probably had to do with the individuals that greeted us - Ava and Evan. Recommend the Paddle Bowl, a nice mix of fruit with the crunch any bowl should have. Highly recommend this to locals and visitors.

We LOVE Nautical Bowls in Rosemount!! The staff is AMAZING and the bowls are incredible. We are so grateful to have a healthy, gluten-free option so close to home. We appreciate the fresh and organic ingredients! Thank you Nautical Bowls Rosemount!

I hadn't heard from about Nautical Bowls until they opened this shop. I tried them and was pleasantly surprised. As someone who is lactose intolerant, it's nice to have a place to get some cold treats without dairy. It's a nice difference from your normal Dairy Queen or Culver's ice cream, and healthier for you too. The only downside is the price, starting at $10 for their smallest bowl! However, even the small bowl enough to get me full. The shop itself was nice (but small!) and staff were pleasant.
