    I love caribou and I've been going here for a while and have never had a bad experience, however just recently my grandma went and got coffee and the woman was extremely rude to her, after she got her order wrong.

    Wait time wasn't bad. Coffee was nice and warm when I got it. 10/10 would go over Starbucks
