This is the cutest little yummy sandwich shoppe in SE MN. We went on a Sunday afternoon after a bike ride and the line was out the door - the owner (only one working at the time) was so cheery to each customer, even with the crowd. We had the homemade chicken salad which was so good!! You can choose toppings, in the same manner as subway - yet so much better!! Smoked cheeses like Gouda and provolone and a variety of breads - yum! You can also get a half sandwich and soup/ salad/ or dessert - all desserts are in a refrigerated case and you can help yourself. They have a wide variety of beverages where you can also help yourself to - including Spring Grove pops. The shoppe decor has a painted tin ceiling - just cute! You can eat inside and there are also a couple outdoor picnic tables with umbrellas. I can't wait to stop back! Lovely little place you have to visit, you won't be disappointed!!
