Just off Highway 63 & in the "downtown business district", this spot offers great, "home cooked", large portions (ONE pancake is 10"round!!), & real, old fashioned, customer service, all at friendly prices.

The place looks more like a home kitchen than a place of business, and a closer look at "pictures" on the wall reveal most are well made jigsaw puzzles. If you have the time, patience, and interest, you can even work on their current puzzle while waiting for your food❣

The staff is super kind & friendly, and will frequently check on you. This place is definitely worth the detour!

But plan to come early, because they close at 1:00, & noon on Sundays! Hey, THEY deserve a life, too! Lol!

Breakfasts are the best here! Great food, cheap prices. Staff is friendly. Feels like a cafe my grandparents would frequent. People shaking dice, etc... If you want a fancy place, this isn't it. If you want great food, friendly service, and a very local ambience - this is the place! We go there often for breakfast!
