Trumble's Restaurant

Large seating area. Service was average, but quick. Reasonable prices and good value. The building shows its age and needs updating.

Was busy, waitress forgot to put order in, so waited almost an hour to get our food. She apologized, coffee cups too small, should put Thermo pots on table, frees up the waitress to do the other stuff then. Food was good when it finally came. Not sure if we'll stop again, but seems to be a popular local eatery. Probably time for an update , but shouldn't stop people from eating there.

Great selection of classic American fare. We had omelets. Pancakes were great, but the hash browns were mediocre. Don't miss out on the desserts though! The cheesecake was delicious!

11 of us met at Trumble's on 9/10/19. I had made reservations and they had us set up in the back area for more privacy. Everyone was happy with their food - for eleven people that's saying something. The service was excellent. Pleasant atmosphere. Definitely go there again.

Menu is pretty standard American fare. My grilled chicken-Swiss BLT was hot off the grill, but I didn't detect any lettuce or tomato, perhaps because I requested on multigrain bread, which was grilled (or toasted in a press?) rather than the standard bun. My wife said her veggie melt was mostly onions a mushrooms. Staff was friendly and service was good. Cole slaw was good, if a little on the sweet side.
