Average food with average prices. However, staff was well trained and very friendly. I was there on a Sunday and they had a meat raffle-which we won. We got a huge package of pork roast and pork steak for our $1 chance. Very lively and homey; I'd go back.

To put it short it was the best experience I have ever had!!! The steak was perfectly cooked and the soup and sweet potato mash was amazing. The staff treats everyone like a regular customer and that is even if you visit once or a hundred times. Recommend this establishment to anybody who wants GREAT food and a relaxed atmosphere. Great place in Red Wing for a burger and just relaxing. We were fortunate enough to meet Dollie on the staff - friendly, genuine, and ready to share a positive outlook any day. My son of almost 20 and I decided to give Bayside a try when working a late lunch into our afternoon. We both opted for the mushroom & Swiss burger w fries and side bite of slaw. The fries were tasty, the slaw refreshing by not being vinegary, and the burgers were delicious. 1/2 pound never frozen made them juicy without being greasy, and topped with grilled fresh mushrooms provided the best flavor. Looking forward to trying a steak there sometime as their burgers and steaks are what they base their reputation. Give 'em a try!

Great restaurant capable of performing well on the day and eve of a big event weekend. Food and spirits were above average while price was on point. No wait with attentive service. Would definitely return. *edited due to fat fingers*
