Cadillac Ranch

We had a wonderful night last night! Great food and a waitstaff that was awesome! Company party was fun and seeing I was on crutches and knowing that I had a long walk the manager called the mall for a wheelchair for us! What great service! Your singers were really good too! Their music and voices were beautiful!! I am definitely coming back there!! You were really great!!

Ate at the bar here, had a mixed experience. The first bartender, Tanya I believe was her name with the blue hair, was dismissive towards my partner and I. The quality of my Bloody Mary was poor, lacking a salt rim and served without a beer chaser. Guests around us with the same drink had salted rims and chasers, and we could hear this bartender offering such options while being more cheerful to other guests when a manager came behind the bar to help. The next bartender to take care of us, Ciara, was excellent, very attentive, cheerful! She took great care of us; would’ve rated this place higher if she had been our bartender the whole time.

It took us a minute to get served, but once we did the service was nice. There were eight of us, so it can get dicey sometimes.
The food was okay, nothing I'm going to remember. I got the mushroom Swiss burger and fries.
The operations of the place seemed scattered. There weren't any bussers left with three hours left in the Saturday night and the staff seemed frazzled.

I received my meal, but no silverware. ????
The person I was with finished their entree before someone came around to talk to me. She comped the meal, which is nice. I would have paid for it anyways. She also gave it to me to take home, but seafood and dairy aren't that great heated up in a microwave.
The person I was with enjoyed their meal though. If you go, don't go when it's busy. ????

It was great. The food was delicious and they have a mechanical bull too that anyone can try. Three women tried it and they did pretty good.
