I got to see the manager resolve a customer issue today. The guy was being unreasonable and the manager was still really respectful to him. I was honestly impressed because the guy sucked.

I've never been very impressed with them versus any other fast food, but it's a nice change for when you don't want a burger. I think the people are overly nice. Like creeper nice. Makes me not want to go in to order.

Loved it. Service was excellent. prices were good. food tasted good and was high quality. Portion sizes are good. My grandson loves the play place.

No wonder it’s a the nation’s #1 Fast Food chain. My favs is their Spicy Chicken, strawberry Milkshake (while it was available). One of the interesting aspect I observed while visiting them last summer was their ingenious way of taking orders while on the queue (inside a mall in Norfolk, VA) like they do on the driveway.
It indeed saved a lot of time (at least for me) !

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Quick fast service and sandwich was very delicious. Definitely have to their home dipping sauce. But it can get busy but wait times were very short.
