Shake Shack

Food is awesome, but way overpriced in my opinion. I can get nearly as good food for a fraction of the cost elsewhere, but if price doesn't bother you, 10 out of 10. The employees are a mix of good and okay. Not one negative word to say, but some employees really make the effort to go above and beyond, while others seem indifferent. One employee gave me a free shake because my order was slightly incorrect. Objectively, the worst thing about this place is how busy it gets. Don't be surprised if you have to wait 15-30 minutes for your food during peak hours. However, I consistently get good service and food, so its a great place for a meal while shopping.

Gotta say i wasn't sure what this would be like after hearing all hype, but i can honestly say everything was really good. I had a cheeseburger w/ fries and my wife had the chicken bites w/ fries. The fries where fresh and crispy , the burger was very good, and the chicken bites where also fresh and crispy. The service was great, all the staff members where very friendly. The prices where about average, not outrageous, but what you'd expect to pay. I would definitely recommend Shake Shack to others, it was a great experience.

I always love this place, be prepared for a greasy sloppy burger that tastes great. Expect to pay 7-11$ for a burger alone but you probably won't be disappointed. It is a high class fast food burger. You can find a better burger elsewhere but your will wait three times as long and pay slightly more. They just installed kiosks to order from and text you when the food is ready! Very convenient.

I always get excellent service here. It’s usually pretty busy on the weekends but I still come away satisfied! Joleen is the MVP of the store. If you see her you get quality and kindness!

1st time at a SS. Was great!! I had the Smoke Shack burger. It had loads of bacon and cherry peppers on it. They had over cooked the burgers a bit, but was still a good e experience
The line and the wait was huge. We waited about 10 min in line and another 30 till we got are food. Also had the cheese fries with bacon!!!
