I really like the new coffee machines. Never a bad experience here.

I’ve been coming to this store for about a year now since moving to Maple Grove. By far, Kooper is the best employee there! He is always working so he always gets to make my day better! I’ll see him on my way home from work most days, then I’ll see him bright and early mornings on the weekends! He always greets me with a friendly howdy-doo, and gets me what I need so I can be on my way! I thought he deserved some recognition.

This evening I was having some issues with the ridiculously easy to use, unbelievably user-friendly car wash Point of Sale station, and one way or another I ended up speaking with Dakota. He came out right away to assist me - then proceeded to stay until my wash was complete! Literally. The man wanted to make sure that everything was A-OK on my end... which I appreciated. I don’t see this kind of thing very often, and wanted to comment on it. More often than not, it’s those little things that matter in the end. Keep up the great work Dakota.
