(December 12, 2019, 2:51 am)This has been my Wendy's for over 30 years and the food has always been great, but within the last year timeliness has been a major issue that has gone greatly downhill here. It is hit or miss if you'll be sitting through the drive-thru or dine-in with your average wait time or 15+ minutes to at least get your order taken. It seems like they help one person with their order, get them their food before all before they even start taking another person's order.
My guess is there isn't enough staff, hoping this changes soon for better customer service/efficiency in the near future. -

(October 8, 2019, 8:29 pm)I used the mobile order and was able to pay ahead and pick up from the drive through. It was super handy. I stopped st this Wendy's often on my lunch break anf the staff is usually really friendly and tries to get to you asap if they are backed up with customers.
