    I've been going to this arbies for centuries. The only issue I have is they messed up my order on something even though they got it right on the receipt. However, the manager was extremely helpful: she returned it, gave me what I previously ordered, refunded me, and gave me 2 meal coupons. They haven't lost this customer

    The older lady that helped us was really friendly and told us about the happy hour $1 deals that saved us almost $30. Great job.
