In town for business and hit this place up. Enjoyed this so much I’ve been back and plan to got a least one or two more times before I leave. Daniel at the bar provided amazing service and a wonderful experience. On my first trip I had the smoked old fashioned. This is one of the best I’ve ever had. The waffle was outstanding and the bacon added just the right balance to the flavor of the bourbon. For my meal I had the gnocchi with its punch in the tastebuds of flavor and perfectly cooked gnocchi. A generous portion and they do not skimp on the short rib. On my next visit I had the bourbon and bacon flight with three selections of bourbon paired perfectly with different flavors of bacon that added balance and brought out characteristics to each bourbon. I also enjoyed a wonderful crock of onion soup perfect in its plating. Needed just a touch of salt though. Mixing the cheese in alleviated this issue though. For my meal I had the Anytime Monte taking Daniels suggestion to add an egg to the sandwich. I was immediately taken back 20-25 years to all those 3 am trips to Denny’s. Usually at the end of a night of drinking, to the MoonsOver My Hammy. This preparation is an elevated experience that made my taste buds explode. This was served with what is possibly the best hash browns I’ve ever had in my short 52 years on this ball. I highly recommend this place and if you are at the bar ask for Daniel. Ask him to tell you about Spam.

Service just as good as the food!!✨ The Hot Dish appetizer was mouthwatering good! I love the spin on the traditional dish with large taters and the gravy... 🤤 The house made wine slushies are top-notch as well!! We also tried the burger made out of a donut with bacon, peanut butter and jelly and I must say it has to be one of the BEST burgers I've tried! We also tried the grilled cheese and tomato soup- WOW! Delicious as well! I highly recommend making a stop (or two) and check out the unique menu options! Definitely a great date night option. Thanks, B&B!👌🏽🍔✨

The Brick and Bourbon restaurants are fantastic. They offer American food, but in a slightly upscale fashion. The cocktails are soooo good - get the Thorton Melon Margarita, the Wine Slushies, You’re My Boy Blue, and the Smoking Gun Maple Old Fashioned. For food, you must get the Tater Tot Hotdish. The Duck Wontons are delicious, the Brussels Sprouts are amazing. The Poutine will fill you up quickly. We love their burgers, shrimp roll, and highly recommend the St Louis Rib Mac and Cheese.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon. I had the smoked salmon salad and hubby had the Swiss and mushroom burger with fries. Well I never clean my plate but today I am officially a member of the clean plate club. This was a really good salad. It was loaded with smoked salmon, pecans and goat cheese—yummy. Sadly, I would of given 5 stars but the bun on the Swiss and mushroom burger was so dry and hard that hubby just ate the meat, which was good.
Our drinks went dry and we asked for refills which appeared as we were just finishing up, but they did come.
I will return. My salad was really good. See how it is and will up date if things are different.
