I liked the atmosphere. Everyone was friendly. The food was better than what I had expected.

I ate here during happy hour with co workers while on bussiness in Eden Prairie . I had the blackened chicken pasta and it was flavorful and rich. We also had the appetizer sampler platter as well which consisted of pretzel bites , Mozzarella sticks, potato skins , and boneless wings . Everything on this platter was cooked well and tasted delicious, but very rich . The only issue we had was a live band that was playing so loud that you couldn’t hear the person right next to you at 6 pm on a Wednesday evening. As a result we left early along with many other customers . My recommendation is if you see a live band find another establishment to eat because the management never asked the band to turn down the volume even after many complaints from customers .

The food was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our server, Christian, did a great job. The burger was one of the best I have ever had, and the dill pickle fries were really good too.

Date of Visit: 9/21/2019 around 7:30PM - Walked right in and got a table. Server was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and came out quickly. We had an excellent dinner for a sports bar.

First trip to Champps in a number of years. Went there with a co-worker for lunch. Food was very good. Had a bowl of loaded baked potato soup and a prime rib slider and waffle fries. Was just perfect amount of food for lunch. Service was also very good. Only small drawback was the girl that brings you to your table was not as friendly as most. Seemed a little preoccupied and not engaged in her job. Overall a very nice luncheon at Champps-Eden Prairie and will be back
