Mi Pueblo Eden Prairie

This place is SO GOOD!!!! It beautiful on the inside and the menu has enough options for everyone. They also have all day happy hour on Monday. I went on a Monday, got the most delightful $5 margarita and the vegetarian combo. I was very surprised by the experience, in the best way. The best part of our experience was that they kept calling us "amigos" and it filled my cold heart with so much joy!

Easy on-line order. Food ready for pickup at the right time. Reasonable prices. Great taste. Definitely be ordering again. Open now for in person dining. It's popular and crowded on Saturday night, so allow some time.

Service was a bit slow, I think they were short-staffed like many restaurants lately.

We had take-out several times. The Tortilla soup is great! Lots of chicken, fresh veggies and Avacados. Ate inside for the first time this week and the food was really good again. The tamale was fresh and delicious. So happy to have a good Mexican restaurant so close to home.

Great place, we've been here twice already. Love the family-like setting. Staff sit at the bar and chat with one another and that feels appropriate to be honest. Service has been wonderful each time, so fast and very friendly. Manager has checked on us both times as well. We've been trying their "Mi Pueblo" items and that cheese sauce they have with it is SO good. Music and lighting are really good too. Daily specials and a happy hour!
