Master noodle Edina

My new favorite noodle shop for sure...Everything was fresh and tasted incredible...I had the braised egg and pork belly...everything complimented each other!!!

Drove 80 miles, and kept trying to temper my expectations. I kept telling myself the flavorful noodles I had nearly a year ago wouldn't be the same. I was wrong and happy to be wrong.

Master Noodle reminded me how enjoyable food can be. We got the vegetable fried rice, the garlic beef noodles, edamame, and pot stickers. All were amazing. Thank you

Marvelous. If you've had the opportunity to have Xi'an Noodles in NYC and are clamoring for that level of ridiculousness, you found it.
The spicy, tangy, umami flavors are perfection. The noodles are fresh and satisfying. Well everything is satisfying. Great space too, ample parking and quick service. I think I'll be coming here a lot.

Fantastic soups. Our table ordered 3 separate varieties, and each were uniquely tasty. Reminds me of a noodle place I used to go to frequently in the Bay Area. Also had an order of spring rolls, and they were the best I've had in ages. This will be a mainstay, and I'm glad it's close-by.

Food was DELICIOUS. Had the wontons in chili oil and scallion pancakes for appetizers. I was very pleased with both dishes. Had the Chongqing noodle soup and enjoyed that as well. It wasn't too spicy but there is chili oil on the tables to add extra if you need more spiciness. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their dishes. This restaurant deserves more recognition for it's delicious dishes. And to also add, it's very decently priced!
