(December 12, 2019, 12:49 am)My pizza said it would be done in 15-25 minutes. Arrived at the 20min mark and my pizza hadn't been started. Waited in store for an additional 30 minutes before it was ready. I'm fine waiting but being told one time and having to wait double that was upsetting.
