I can recommend the grilled cheese w/cheddar, Swiss, mozzarella on Pullman bread. Skip the house-made chips. The bar is the place to sit and receive quick service. I’d be happier if the bar staff gossiped less, and provided attentive service. I appreciate the food as a nice break from airport fast food.
The food here was overpriced (even for airport food) and pretty hit and miss. I had the Kale chicken caesar salad. The actual salad was nicely done with fresh kale, a tasty dressing, and nice croutons. The chicken, however, was some of the weirdest I've ever had (including pumped chicken, undercooked chicken etc). The outside was rubbery, the inside had the texture of raw chicken but looked cooked, and the entire breast felt weirdly chewy. Unpleasant for sure and has made me a little worried about how it was cooked.
Ordered from the "Republic to go" counter and had a decent grilled cheese plus soft pretzels. About 10-15 prep time though we had to wait a few minutes for someone to appear to take our order. Food quality was above average for airport fare.
Food was excellent. Decent drink selection, including craft beer. Drink prices are $2 too high. Service was friendly and okay, but not great. Large seating area. Restaurant could be kept more clean (eg tables and floors need to be better wiped off and swept).
Good food, but of course pricey since it's in the airport. Service was good, although the food was taking up to 30 minutes to come out. The bar tender warned us beforehand so the heads up was nice
