Hong Thai

I had Penang shrimp today along with egg rolls and deep fried shrimp. The service was excellent, the food was average. The appetizers came out piping hot, but the shrimp were a little tough like they had been frozen. The fried eggroll was pretty good. The shrimp in my main dish was fresh and tasted good. The curry was so/so. I will try a different curry next time. The rice was perfect. It was exceptionally busy with a large table. I will be back eventually.

The meals and service were above our expectations. I surely enjoyed the ambience of this spot. Fantastic place to take my family out for dinner.

There has not been any dish that I have disliked!! Even the stir fried rice was great with large pieces of pork. I like their spring rolls (there are not deep fried) with fish sauce to dip them in. This is not the normal reheated Chinese or Thia food found at many other Asian venues. Uniquely great flavors.

Had great takeout on Friday. Fried egg rolls were super crunchy, spring rolls were delicious, and the entrees were hot. One negative was the sesame chicken - not quite up to par. Rest was good.
