CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar (The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes -

Just had a fantastic Sunday dinner with my wife here. The Sushi rolls are amazing but what really made our experience over the top was our server, Pete. Restaurant Staff like Pete are what makes our experience all worth it. His knowledge, recommendations and personality are what any higher end restaurant needs to ensure the customer is well taken care of and has an experience worth reviewing.

Very good food and nice atmosphere. A little on the higher side price wise, but totally worth it. We tried the Bison burger and seafood paella for lunch which were both excellent. The restaurant was not crowded when we visited which was nice.

Spectacular service. I ordered of the specials list and ot was very very good. This restaurant exceeded my expectations.

Also, the server was a pro. It's so refreshing to be waited on by someone who knows what they are doing. One of our group was lactose intolerant and made a choice of something that you would really think had dairy...the waitress check with the chef just to make sure and it turns out it had some cream in it, so she quickly came back and helped pick a new dish.

Food is great. Only gets 4 stars because the prices are insane.
I paid 12 bucks for 3 scallops as a side dish. Service was good but they failed to point out that the special conveniently set out wine menu was all 20 bucks per glass and that the regular "hidden" wine list had much more normal prices.

This was my first visit to Crave. I ordered the Rib Eye Steak. I was somewhat hesitant, this not being a steakhouse. I was pleasantly surprised. The steak was prepared perfectly ... medium rare. It was seared perfectly and easy to cut and chew. Not one bit of gristle and just the right amount of fat for flavor. I enjoyed it and my wife and two daughters seemed satisfied with their meals as they ate everything on their plates, as did I. I will return.
