Firehouse Subs

Hadn't eaten here before. Service was a little slow as the staff didn't want to cut more brisket initially but then changed his mind which is probably the right thing to do if you have it on the menu. Subs are served hot and are messy to eat. Tasty with lots of toppings. Not quite as good as the now gone Big Ten. Worth a try.

So delicious, extremely friendly, and I like the pop machine. You can get all sorts of other flavors added to whatever soda pop ya want! Awesome variety of hot sauces that I still need to try.

I am very impressed. This was my first visit ever. I tried the medium beef brisket on whole wheat. Thinly sliced beef was delicious. Sauce was savory and a little sweet. Very nice. Not too salty. They also surprised me with a little mayo in there. Never had that on a brisket sandwich before. I will be a repeat customer... To try the other subs. This is tasty and relatively healthy fast food.
