Shake Shack

So convenient! Love having one so close (: went on opening day. It was busy but we chose to go inside instead of wait in the drive thru line. Super quick! Employees were all friendly even with it being crazy on opening day. Clean! And the food tasted fresh!

Had a large order for carry-out. The order was done fast and accurately. A man who I assumed was manager stopped and checked on us to ensure we were being helped twice. Fantastic experience!

Having eaten at other Shake Shack locations in LA and SEA as well as MOA, etc.. I was excited to see them building in Maple Grove. My son wanted to camp out (hardcore!) and be the first ones through but that didn't work out. Already been there twice even though they just opened because it is exceptionally good quality fast food- the beef in particular is obviously sourced at a premium and perfectly cooked and seasoned. If you like a "slightly messy" and very decadent burger you won't be disappointed. Great attitude from the super busy and I would assume *new* staff since the store just opened. Highly recommend!

Food is quite good. The only real complaint I had was the burger is put into the bag in an open wrapper. It’s made so you can eat on the go and that’s cool. However if you are taking it home it’s easy for the bun to slide off and the cheese spreads all over the bag which is what happened to me. It is the first week they’ve been open so you have to cut some slack for that. It’s also nice to get a half lemonade half organic tea drink.

It was our first shake shack experience and we are pleased with the food and friendly service! My husband likes the strawberry shake and his cherry pepper burger. I really liked the cranberry punch and the shack burger! We will be back!
