Went to compare the Juicy Lucy with the competition. Both have winning points. This place has more options and a larger menu, ambiance is more of a restaurant feel and cozy. Service was friendly and place was clean. Overall, burger was just as good in a different way.

Good burgers...just go in the mood for lots of grease and salt.

They compete with Matt’s Bar & Grill for the title of Original Juicy Lucy (cheese sealed inside a burger patty). If you’re going to indulge, might as well get the big basket of crispy onion straws too.

Second time visiting Minnesota, first time having a Juicy Lucy and Cheese Curds so I was brought to a great spot with a great history. The burger was awesome, the curds amazing, and the service perfect. Love the atmosphere. If your looking for a Juicy Lucy then this is the place to be.

Great burgers and decent prices. The nachos are massive as well. I had the PB&J burger and it was really good. Sweet and salty with creamy peanut butter cooked inside with the cheese. A great place to come and watch a game or just grab a burger. There were tons of families as well.

Such amazing food! We were in town visiting family and wanted to try something that was not a chain that was available everywhere else. So glad we chose the 5-8 club! The cheese-stuffed burgers were delicious and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend the 5-8 club for anyone visiting Minneapolis and will definitely go there again if I ever again get the chance!
