Atuvava Bakery

How do they do it?? As a symptomatic celiac for the last 17+ years, I have PINED for crusty bread and flaky pastries. GF bakery after GF bakery I have tried to find anything remotely like the glutenous baked goods I remember from before my diagnosis. Nothing compares to Atuvava, which I finally tried after a couple of failed attempts due to lack of patience with long lines. They are worth the hype!!

We had an apple turnover, a danish, and baguette and I melted with each bite. Forget mediocre dense GF bread from anywhere else and make your way to Atuvava. We are adding their bread to our regular grocery rotation and I will forever be grateful the baker/owner spent the time it took to figure out how to make delicious GF baked goods. Prices were very reasonable as well, so this is an accessible treat! Thank you!

I had been wanting to stop by for a long time, but it's a bit of a drive... I'm so happy we made the trip. The cinnamon roll was amazing, I wish I would have bought more than 1! The bread was delicious as well! I loved the crust on the apple turnover, but the filling was a bit tart for my liking. It's still very good, though. I will be back again!

Fantastic lil gluten free bakery! Their rustic bread is the best I’ve ever had. I cannot get enough of their brownies. Absolutely delicious. I feel very lucky to have them nearby! If you’re gluten free, do not miss this family-owned & operated gem of a bakery.

This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve tried many local bakeries that are dedicated gluten free and nothing compares to this place. The only downfall is their limited hours for their phenomenal food. Went to Atuvava Bakery for the first time today and the reviews were correct! Everything I got is/looks delicious! Pumpernickel loaf, cheddar bisquit, bagels, buns, scone, and the hamburger pasties which I devoured on the drive home. Will definitely be returning!
