    been eating here since the late 80s when they were kind of a humble hole in a wall. authentic vietnamese menu at reasonable prices.

    Food is excellent. Service is quick, funny and pleasant. My water was never below half. Pho is good, with lots of stuff to add on the side. Spring rolls are delightful. Banh mi offered on weekdays is worth finding some time for too.

    I'm gluten free and my partner is a pescatarian. We ate here last night and our waiter was super knowledgeable about what we could and couldn't eat. He said they could make most things on the menu gluten free, which is amazing. Not to mention, the food was delicious! I had a beef pho with gluten free broth. My partner had a seafood pho with veggie broth. The soy sauce on the tables is gluten free. Will be returning, I think we found our new spot!

    Pros:
    Reasonable prices and extensive menu.
    Fast service
    Large group friendly
    They have more than one option for Vietnamese coffee. (Black, with condensed milk, no ice)

    Cons:
    The lunch rush
    Parking lot is narrow. Depending on which spot you take, expect a 5-7 point turn.
    Limited parking spots
    No Amex

    Great place to go for lunch as they have an extensive lunch menu and the food comes out super quick. Might not be the best place for pho in the Twin Cities, but when you’re on campus and it’s cold and you have a hankering for some warm soup this is the place to stop.
