Caffrey's Deli & Subs

We had a massive 8 person order with each sandwich having some sort of change to the sandwich and unfortunately each one was wrong (some were very minor). They called us prior to the order to confirm everything and talked the person on the phone through the order.

When we got home and opened the sandwiches they were all wrong. We called them back just to let them know and the Manager said "Where are you at, we are going to come deliver the new sandwiches". We were in New Hope and the Manager drove about 25 minutes out of his way to deliver not only our original order but also a whole bag of cookies to make up for the mistake.

We told them it wasn't necessary but they still went out of their way again. While it sucked that the original order was wrong, they did NOT have to go out of their way to deliver a whole new set of sandwiches yet they did. Great customer services and better yet, the sandwiches taste great!

Best spot in uptown to get late night eats. Open until 3am serving cold and hot sandwiches, chips, cookies and other sweets. Friendly folks working there make for a great sandwich shop!

Amazing menu, amazing service, tasty food. Nice people working in this place. I’m coming back for sure.

Fast service. Smaller place so take it to go or just a quick place to grab a bite. Sandwich was good. I took it to go and it was still hot when I ate it, they wrap the hot sandwiches in tin foil so they stay warm. Reasonably priced...7 inch sandwich for about $8-9.
