Fun, casual and energetic atmosphere. A great place to share a bunch of dishes but also nice options for individual entrees. The cocktails are some of the weirdness most imaginative I have seen (in good way of course). Awesome place for celiac or gluten intolerance.

We went there for a friend's birthday. I was a little hesitant about the food. I have never been so glad to be wrong. The food was stellar. Every dish I sampled was fresh and amazing. Our server was top shelf. I could not have asked for a better meal and atmosphere. Anyone that reads any of my reviews knows I do not give 5 stars lightly. Colita earned all 5!

One of our favorite places to grab dinner! Everything is fun and tasty. The drinks all have some sort of ferment that adds a new twist onto drinks you may be familiar with and haven’t had a bad one yet.

We started going through the menu with what we thought we would like and at this point just trust that we will enjoy anything we order as it has all tasted fresh, well seasoned, and genuinely tasty.

Everything about this place was excellent! The wait staff and management were friendly and accommodating. We were celebrating our engagement and they went above and beyond to ensure the night was special. All of the dishes were unique and flavorful. A great place for casual date or fine dining.

This is a higher-end, "Foodie" kind-a-place for sure. I loved it! Our server (Jessica) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the drink and food menus. She made some excellent suggestions! The drinks are tasty and they get an A+ for presentation, however, I would say that the drinks were a tad-bit over-priced for what you actually get. As for the food, each dish was extremely unique and fully packed with lots of flavor. The portions seemed small, but we felt full and satisfied after enjoying them. If you're looking for a great "Foodie" experience, then I would definitely recommend Colita! Be sure to pop over towards the bar to Evaluate and appreciate all of the fine fresh greens that they grow up and down the entire wall. They use them in many of their dishes and drinks! Also look for a bucket of foam that they have behind the bar, to scoop into some of their signature drinks. Definitely intriguing to watch!
