What a gem in Bloomington!! Watch your own delicious sushi or poke bowls get made on the spot. There is no reason to settle for grocery store sushi at these totally reasonable prices. I will be back for sure!
This place makes one of the best poke bowls around. Very fresh, simple, key ingredients, and not sauced too heavily like many other poke options in the Twin Cities. Highly recommend!
Very delicious. We have tried the siracha roll, dragon roll, and crispy tuna roll. All very fresh and tasty. My stomach usually has issues with sushi but not with this place. Love it. Will be back every time I’m in the area. Luckily my husband works over here. 😅 no tables and chairs for dine in yet but I am sure they will when they have more customers. Definitely worth the try!! Do not hesitate!!
I have visited 2 separate times. We had 2 poke bowls and 4 different kinds of rolls. Always a fresh taste - each ingredient stands out on it's own as they have not been rolled together and put into a refrigerator the entire day unlike grocery sushi.
The rice is excellent and seasoned well. No fishy taste overwhelmed any roll or poke we had. Seaweed salad was also very good and not too heavy on sesame like others. For the quality, the prices are very reasonable.
Looking forward to an expanding menu. I would kindly suggest a few things, even though we really like everything we've had:
-Put 3-4 pre-selected poke recipes on the menu board. Poke is relatively new here and some people will not know what to get:)
-Marinate fish for poke
I will visit almost every week when I need a fresh, close to home sushi option.
