    Fun environment. Excellent grits. You can build your own bowl or select a combination off of the menu.

    Delicious! Grits are perfectly cheesy, with a nice creamy-and-coarse texture. Fresh tender biscuit, balanced gravy, and fried chicken that's juicy inside and shattering-crispy on the outside. Could eat a bowl of just the collard greens. This grits bowl gave me life. Staff make you feel like you're family (in a good way! LOL), they're so friendly. Definitely coming back.

    Moved in right up the block from this place back in April, must say I'm disappointed in myself for not eating here until today. Funky Grits is amazing, great good and atmosphere. 10/10 I'd go again!

    Wow! Good grits are hard to find up here, but these were amazing! I had the Funky Benedict with a side of cheddar grits, and was not disappointed. The ham was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and fried crisp on the edges. The English muffin was also put on the griddle to crisp it up. Absolutely delicious!

    Can't wait to return!
