Gigi’s I such a solid choice for any time of the day. This is the breakfast burrito (1/2 of it at least) and it was very yummy! Gigi’s potatoes are GREAT. Dude at the counter was very friendly, very helpful. And it’s a great place to do some work or some writing.
To me, Gigi's represents everything the heart of the community should be. Friendly people sharing a meal surrounded by the work of local artists. I love that Gigi's has such a wide range of art styles hanging up and I love that the displays change quite regularly. Their coffee is delicious, service is always awesome and it's my favorite weekend breakfast spot. Fabulous summer patio and now that the bike path on Bryant is done it will be a great place to stop after a bike ride as the weather warms up. The food at Gigi's is healthy, flavorful and perfect sized portions.
A lovely cafe opposite across the street from Our Kitchen for those who don't want to deal with their obscene wait times. They'll seat you with a menu, then you have to order at the register. Very cool vibe with artwork all around. Although it can get pretty busy, it doesn't get super loud. Some indoor and uncovered outdoor seating.
Drinks were amazing, loved our hot cocoa and lattes. The lunch sandwiches we had were so good. I highly recommend the hot honey chicken sandwich. Chips for sides were fine for filling up. Chocolate cheese cake was one of the better ones I've had in town. Friendly staff that had a good feel for when we had questions and when to leave people be.
Absolutely worth buying more than just food, just note that the price adds up rather quickly. Free wifi.
Food was decent. I ordered the breakfast burrito add chorizo. Overall, I feel like I could have made something similar or even better and for the price I paid (about $15) for the burrito for it to have no sides wasn’t worth it. Additionally, the atmosphere seemed quite scattered.
