I’m so proud of my people and how we are so resilient. I thank the universe and the higher power for healing spaces like this one. Im especially thankful for the people who use their gifts to uplift our community. Wonderful food and people and I just ordered again for the 5th time in a month.

This is my only food spot to go to in Minnesota that you receive better than amazing food, amazing customer service and love , and an amazing conversation. There is so many business connections I’ve connected when I’m there from other customers it’s amazing. My favorite plate is the “ habachi bae” I eat this one with quinoa. I also love the sweet potato hash , the fried oyster mushrooms . It means a lot to have a restaurant that has healthy options that actually taste good. Diana is my favorite cook when Sierra is not there. I would love to see this restaurant open on the weekends in the future 🤞🏽cause we hungry on the weekends too . Thank you for being a better than amazing restaurant!

PLANT BASED YOU CAN LOVE- You gotta get a smoothie- Community is the heart of this business and that is not just talk. There are shelves of community partnership rocking the waiting area with local made spices and drinks, POP-Up events, and an apothecary section of fresh healing herbs. There is NOTHING LIKE IT in North and it is a welcome twist. Black owned is cool and worth supporting, yet there is more to the story of uniting together to be plant based and the building of community is deep rooted.

PS: Give yourself time to get your order. This is a micro business so they are just figuring it out- be patient- the person that took your order is then going back in the kitchen to COOK your order. sometimes they run out of supplies so just adjust to what is available. They will make something GREAT and they will make it to order.

PLUS they have a variety of oracle cards to give yourself a reading while you wait for the magic. Passion- forward

Stopped in to play RNBingo and can’t wait to return. I love all the greenery and positive affirmations all around. Birria tacos are flavorful and teas are tasty. Nice that there’s parking in the back as well.

I stopped in Tuesday around noon to grab a bite and I’m so glad I did! There was only one person ahead of me in line so I didn’t have to wait too long to order or get my food. Rocky helped me out today and I’m so thankful for the hospitality.

I ordered the north side nachos & a sea moss smoothie with blueberries and mango. The nachos were loaded so there was something in every bite. The smoothie wasn’t too sweet and I really liked it.

The playlist is fire and the vibes are unmatched. With a spacious parking lot on the same block i didn’t have to worry about parking on the street or a block or so away.

I’m glad HEAL is here in our community by us, for us.
