    Best Pho I’ve had in Minnesota or in Chicago, spring roles were amazing with a great crunch & very kind staff. We will be ordering from Pho Mai consistently.

    First time trying Pho Mai and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The Pho was to die for! Also tried the Chicken fried rice which was phenomenal! Add shrimp spring rolls to your order too! You won’t be disappointed.

    I have been here twice in 3 days since they opened. The first time I had a pork dish that was super tasty (the number 10). The eggrolls are huge and a meal in themselves. The second time I got beef with potatoes and it was delicious as well. The Vietnamese coffee might have a touch of crack in it. It's crazy good, especially since I don't usually like sweetened drinks. I saw a bunch of cans of Café du Monde coffee, which might explain the addictive quality... I highly recommend checking them out.

    Went for some Pho on a rainy day. The broth was hot, spiced excellently, and fresh. Been to a lot of Pho places in the Twin Cities area and this one is outstanding. Prices are great, and the menu has a lot of classic Vietnamese variety. Excellent customer service as well.
